Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select pin codes and on eligible order values.

  • We may require a partial advance to confirm COD orders for high-value items or specific locations.

  • Refusal or non-acceptance of a confirmed COD order may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.

Payment Security

  • All online transactions are processed over secure encrypted connections.

  • We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners.

Pricing, Taxes and Currency

  • Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.

  • Listed prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout; applicable taxes will be displayed before you place the order.

  • Shipping fees, if any, will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Order Confirmation and Invoicing

  • Once your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

  • A tax invoice will be provided with your shipment or via email.

Payment Failures and Refunds for Failed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but your account is debited, funds are typically reversed by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.

  • If the amount is not credited within this time, please contact your bank and also reach out to us with the transaction reference.

Chargebacks and Fraud

  • We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent transactions and to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

  • Repeated payment failures or chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
