Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility Window

  • Return/Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of order delivery.

  • To initiate, contact us at info@diorin.com or 9426016918 with your order number and issue details, along with an unboxing video if the product is damaged/incorrect.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, freebies, and the original invoice must be included.

  • The product must be free from scratches, dents, breakage, stains, or signs of wear.

  • For embellished products, stones and embellishments must be intact.

Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your item, our quality team will inspect it.

  • Upon approval, we’ll process a replacement, exchange, or issue store credit as applicable.

  • If the return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to you.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or engraved products

  • Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional bundles

  • Items purchased using store credit/credit notes (unless defective)

Damaged/Incorrect Product

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos clearly showing the issue.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit. Refunds are generally not offered unless required by law.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • For approved refund cases (e.g., order cancellation before dispatch or stock unavailability), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift wrap charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange for the same or higher value product. Any difference in price must be paid by you.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect items approved for return within 48 hours of delivery, we will arrange a pickup or reimburse reasonable courier charges.

  • For other approved returns/exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

International Orders

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or incorrect, supported by an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
