What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

Color fading or tarnishing of demi-fine jewelry plating under normal wear

Loss of stones due to manufacturing defects

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or plating loss due to abrasion or chemicals

Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repairs or alterations

Loss, theft, or damage due to misuse or negligence

Damage to pearls or delicate stones due to improper care

Discoloration due to contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine, sweat, or other chemicals
Product Categories and Specifics

Demi-fine Jewelry: Warranty covers plating tarnish/fading, stone loss due to manufacturing defects.

Sterling Silver Jewelry: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and stone loss due to manufacturing defects.

Gold and Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Natural wear and tear or customer damage is excluded.
Proof of Purchase
To claim warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt). Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process the claim.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email our support team at info@diorin.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or an unboxing video (if applicable).

Our team will assess the claim and may request that you ship the product to us for inspection.

Upon inspection and approval, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the item is no longer available, we may offer store credit or a similar item as a replacement.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
